One Bedroom (medium)

This is one of the medium one bedrooms we offer. Roughly 700 square feet, with or without a working fireplace. Some units have dishwashers and all units have garbage disposals, forced air heating and central air conditioning. Laundry facilities are in the building. The water is paid for and you will be responsible for the electricity and the gas. This is a security building with intercoms and door release.

These pictures are of an older looking unit. Most units have been updated with newer carpet, tile in the bathroom, and newer appliances. Security Deposits are the same as rents on all units
